It seems as though our perceptual realities have been taken over by the 5 senses in which we only wish to consider as part of the physical body. To increase our perceptual realities, we must first and foremost understand that we all have a SOUL purpose while residing on this earth, the place we have perceived as our home. To understand this further, we must realize that we all have a further meaning and duty while we indulge in our day-to-day activities. Yes, we do go to school, work and interact socially, but have we considered what we spend most of our time thinking about when we are not doing these “stressful” activities?
A lot of the youth and many adults today, sad to say, are very worried about what their next step is in order for themselves to feel better by what we SHOW we have, to other people. We are constantly enrolling our lives in a cycle of thought concerning what our friends think about us. What we really don’t understand is that our close relationships and the way we deal with our social situations are simply an aspect of who we are.
I know many people who would say they are scared of flying but love to travel. This is a conspiracy that is being retaliated by our thoughts. This exact thought is a contradiction into your life of how you perceive a random event. If one loves to explore different lands, why is there fear of how you will get there? Death? When has that ever stopped anyone from reaching the moon? By putting such fear into our day to day lives; we now wish for a lot of things to happen but we are scared about how we will go about our ideas. At the end of the day, I still wish to be sightseeing the Egyptian Pyramids so I would not let any disturbance of this idea point me in an opposite direction of where I want to be.
We must come to understand that if we know the event in which we want to take place in, there is no need to fear the way you reach your destination. For example, if we decide to go for a run around a trail; we would understand the beginning point and end point of our run. We would also consider that the run might be slightly uncomfortable considering going up and down hills along the trail. But in every motion we make, are we constantly thinking about how we are going to feel in the next 5 minutes of the run? Definitely not, because we want to take our mind OFF the rough feelings of our journey, by possibly concentrating on something that would be of interest to us. How great we are going to feel at the end of the run! Or what we have prepared for ourselves to eat after the run. =D The main goal is to concentrate on the positive factors that will persist after we have reached our destination while knowing that our body will take over the physical aspects.
